Jordan Harper is an Edgar Award-winning author and TV writer based in Los Angeles. His credits include The Mentalist and Gotham, and his novels include the Edgar-winning She Rides Shotgun, Everybody Knows, and The Last King of California. She Rides Shotgun was recently adapted into a movie starring Taron Edgerton. His newest book, A Violent Masterpiece, is out now from Mulholland Books — the New York Times is calling it "the noir novel for our times."
As an avid thriller and crime fiction reader, I can’t emphasize enough how much Jordan Harper’s books (particularly Everybody Knows and A Violent Masterpeice) feel like such a breath of fresh air in the genre. I couldn’t put these books down, and I want to run around in the streets handing out copies because of how much they’ve moved me.
