This short, 3-5 minute, anonymous survey helps us answer that with real data — across roles, experience levels, industries, and regions.

A few helpful notes before you start:

• The survey is 100% anonymous

• No names, emails, or identifying details are collected

• All rates are listed in USD (international respondents: choose the closest equivalent)

• Results will be shared in a MWYJ report in early 2026
