Role(s): A mother and her son — both survivors of a harrowing shark attack — are seeking a skilled ghostwriter to help refine and elevate their existing book proposal for submission to traditional publishers. This memoir will be told in two distinct voices, offering parallel perspectives on the same life-altering event.

The family has some core proposal materials drafted and is looking for a partner who can:

  • Strengthen the narrative hook and market positioning

  • Polish the overview, competitive analysis, and sample chapters

  • Ensure the dual-voice structure is compelling, clear, and commercially appealing

Estimated budget: The budget for the proposal ghostwriting work is $5,000–$10,000. If the project sells, there’s potential for you to ghostwrite the full memoir. This is an opportunity to shape a unique, high-stakes survival story from the ground up — and to partner with authors deeply committed to sharing their journey with the world.
