That’s a great journaling tip. In so many parts of our lives we can take away some of the quality and boost our quality.

I recently experimented with two posts a week and found I could produce much better work if I scaled back to one a week. It also gives you subscribers time to breathe between your posts.

That's great! I'm glad you found the posting schedule that really works for you and your readers. Not getting burned out is so important for writers who are publishing on a consistent basis.

I have tried, though I find that my focus doesn’t actually activate until 10-15 minutes in, which leads me to skip the breaks to compensate. I have also tried making the focus windows longer, but then I find myself getting distracted half way through and forgetting about it.

Maybe I’ll give it another try and combine it with more planning.

Thanks for the suggestion!

This piece resonated with me soo much "not overstuffing your days with too many projects or too much noise"

Any tips on time/project management anyone? I get a lot done, but I always feel like I could be a lot more efficient.

Have you tried Pomodoro sessions? I love doing these when I'm co-working with friends, and I know people sometimes do virtual pomodoro over zoom with other writers. Usually I do 30-40 minute blocks with 10-15 min breaks in-between to chat with friends/fellow co-workers I'm with. Helps to break up the day and the work!
